I was recommended to visit Green Square Dental and Implant Centre by a friend who knew how very nervous I was of the dentist. In fact I was beyond nervous. I had an extremely bad experience some 4 years ago and I never thought I would step foot into a dental surgery again. That was until I visited Green Square Dental. I went along with total trepidation. In fact, it took me a while to get through the door! But am I glad I did.

I was put at ease as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was warm and friendly and I instantly felt comfortable. This experience continued when the nurse took me through to the surgery and the dentist welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile. He chatted through my fear before he even began talking about getting me in the chair. He had an air of calmness about him that I could tell was sincere. He made me realise that one bad experience should not put you off forever. I can now say that I have no fear of going back to my dentist. I have had several treatments since my first visit. Everything was explained fully. I knew exactly what to expect at each visit, and I now attend as a regular patient.

I would like to thank the team at Green Square Dental and Implant Centre, with the sincerity that they have always displayed to me, for helping me smile again.

My partner and I decided to try some teeth whitening and was recommended the Green square dental practice. I understand why they were so highly recommended, the initial greeting was very friendly, I was offered a drink and the lady at the desk was so good with my 2 year old son he took to her straight away and made our experience very pleasant. This practice has a friendly family feel and my partner (although vanity overruled) is a very nervous dental patient was absolutely fine while he was in the chair as the dentist and nurses put him at complete ease. Very impressed.

When my wife said that I had a smile like the sun I thought it was a lovely compliment. Then she explained that she meant it was ‘yellow and hard to look at’. I booked for teeth whitening here at a very reasonable price (actually over £100 less than my usual – very average – dentist) and so far have been very pleased with the results. The dentist is very friendly and knowledgeable and the staff are lovely and accommodating and being a private practice you can actually get an appointment to suit you rather than them. I recently visited this brand new practice as a new customer and must say I was blown away by how helpful, friendly and professionally I was dealt with. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely practice manager Jo, who made me feel very welcome and at ease, something I have previously struggled with when visiting the dentist. I then met Mr. Park and had an initial chat of what I wanted to achieve from the visit, the examination then took place in a very thorough and professional manner and all my options were explained to me in a relaxed but detailed way. I shall definitely be returning… but hopefully not on a too regular basis! 🙂
